Qunsail® POM acetal materials which usually made available in five grades 
♦ Qunsail® POM903C , general purpose copolymer grade This grade own better Hydrolysis resistance, alkali resistance, thermal oxidative degradation than homopolymer acetal, suitable for precision machined parts. 
♦ Qunsail® POM560C, copolymer POM acetal reinforced grade Compared to POM903C, the high viscosity of this grade increased the compactness, stiffness and strength, suitable for precision parts in which air tightness, sealing are important. 
♦ Qunsail® POM530YS, Homopolymer medical grade This grade is porosity-free grade and which is selected through a special resin material, the component of the raw materials comply with the applicable regulations of the European Union (Directive 2002/72 / EC, as amended) and the provisions of the United States of America (FDA) for plastic materials and articles in food contact and ISO 10993-1 standards on material biocompatibility testing requirements. 
♦ Qunsail®POM502H, Homopolymer Compared to copolymer, this grade own better mechanical strength, hardness and creep resistance properties, and lower thermal expansion coefficient and better wear resistance 
♦ Qunsail® POM503CF This is a blend of the Hostaform® C, which is mixed by PTFE resin and Hostaform acetal copolymer resin. POM503CF own same strength of POM903C. Compared to pure polyacetal, POM503CF is more softer, and own lower stiffness and smoother. Compared to POM903C and POM502H, Qunsail® POM503CF provides excellent lubricating properties. The bearing was processed by Qunsail® POM503CF has a long life and low friction, no stick-slip characteristics.

    ♦ Good dielectric properties, solvent resistance, non-stress cracking, no porosity.
    ♦ Torsional resistance, it can be restored to the original shape when removing the external force.
    ♦ Low water absorption
    ♦ Poor acid resistance
    ♦ Weatherability is not excellent especially the UV
    ♦ Difficult to glue and paint
